Hi!

I decided to take the plunge and join after lurking for years (literally ). Through my lurking I have learned so much from this site. So thank you for that!! This place seems like such a wonderful community.

I have done okay with my weight loss after finally starting to take it seriously, instead of the lame half-hearted attempts that I have made in the past. But, I thought about it and decided that I could do better in my efforts if I had a place that I could throw my ideas/obstacles/questions out there and get responses back.

Room for one more?

In all seriousness welcome - we're mostly just a bunch of goofballs trying to lose weight. We'll pretty much tackle any subject as you may know if you were lurking during the poop discussion. Cfmama did you start that? (I bet she did.)

Moving from lurking to posting is a big step, good going you! There is a lot of support here, and now you can really interact with everyone as we go down this path together!
