Yay! I'm in too!
1400-1500 calories, at least 5 fruit/veg a day, and 100 minutes on the crosstrainer/elliptical
Monday: Around a million calories, complete failure on that part (when will I learn to step away from the Baileys.....), will calculate later on my excel sheet. Did eat lots of cherry tomatoes and a huge salad though, so at least I hit one target

No exercise except for a walk, got a cold but it's still a lame excuse :/
Tuesday: Another terrible day caloriewise, I hang my head in shame....
Wednesday: Improvement in calories, I read Dr Fuhrman's ETL book and something finally clicked. And I got out a book to write my food diary in for the first time in... aaages

I'm finding it so motivating being on this forum! Oh and leek and cabbage is really yummy and low cal
Thursday: Finally! I was nearly on target with the calories!! And I've lost 200grams, that's maybe half a pound
