I just joined this forum in the hope that it will help me stick to my diet. I tend to start one and then revert to eating normally in a few days. I am currently 133 lbs, 5'8 1/2" tall, and I eat mostly healthily, though I have been consuming more junk recently and often overeat. I have not been exercising, either, so my weight went from 117 lbs this summer to 133. It is rather difficult for me to lose the weight, for I have to subsist on very little food to lose and continue to maintain my lower weight. I used to have the willpower to simply eat much less, but I am not sure that I am willing to go on a starvation diet just to be skinny anymore.
I am starting again, however, a healthier approach to my diet. I decided to start exercising every day, stop overeating (and keep a food journal), and perhaps try diet pills to jump start my weight loss. I read about the Alli pill recently, and while I am wary of the repulsive side effects, I am going to try it.
I plan to run at least 3 miles a day starting today. I am also going to buy the pills today and start taking them tomorrow...and will post about my progress.
Thank you for reading!
