    Happy Monday.

    1/2 c. raw oatmeal mixed with Breyer's fat free White chocolate raspberry yogurt. - 4
    coffee (with 1/4 c. milk & artificial sweetner) - 1
    1 c. grapes - 1

    Lunch:
    sloppy joe on two pieces lite whole wheat bread - 5
    1 c. fresh pineapple chunks - 2
    Small can spicy V-8 juice - 0

    snack: orange - 1

    Dinner:
    Taco Casserole: 8 pts.
    apple - 1

    Exercise - 60 min aerobics class

    Total points: 23
