  • For those of you that don't know how this goes, I will post something I did and then post a random exercise challenge for the next person who decides to do so.

    When you do it, let us know and post a challenge for the person below you!

    Have fun! Let's see how far we can take this! 500 posts is the goal!


    I did 30 lunges with 5lb weights today.

    I challenge the person below me to do 30 squats!!
  • I'll take that challenge!! I did squats today, but only 20 of them, so on Thurs I'll do 30 squats w/ 5lb weights.

    My challenge for the person below me is:

    Do 20 push ups. They don't have to be floor pushups - they can be off of a bench or off of a dresser or even off of the wall. But do 2 sets of 10.

    (and I think this is a great idea for a thread)

  • Fauxtini~I just did 20 wall push ups. I challenge the next person to do 2 x 10 push ups and 10 sit ups. I am going to do them right now.(did 12!!) NEXT!!! Pat

    I challenge the person below me to do 3 sets of the following exercise

    10 jumping jacks, 10 crunches, 10 lunges, and 10 push ups

    Feel free to modify the burpee if necessary. Like walking yourself back to te push up position, and not doing a pushup if it's too much.

  • Mel~I challenge you to do 3 sets of 3 burpees modified if you need to and 10 jumping jacks.

    Faux I did the burpees, I got a hop in there. they were more like a downward dog with a hop on the way up. I tried, I will get better with practice. I did 20 jumping jacks in 2 sets of 10. YEAHHHHH~~. Pat

    I challenge the person below me to do one set of as many pushups as they can!
  • Okay! I did 30 wall push ups in a row. I challenge the person below me to do as many push ups as they can and 10 sit ups. Next!! Pat
  • I did thirty pushups against my countertop and the ten sit ups.

    I challenge the person below me to climb every stair in their house twice (if you live in an apartment climb two floors).
  • I did your 2 sets and I raised it by 3sets...5total!!!!

    I challenge the next person to 3sets of steps & 10 jumprope skips
  • OKAY~ I did 15 minutes of stepping (I don't have stairs in the house, I don't live in an apt complex). Worked up a sweat!! did 20 jump rope skips.

    I challenge the one below me to do 20 jumping jacks, 20 jump rope skips, 20 push ups (any type push up). Next :-)). Pat
  • I just finished a 3 mile walk. Yes, I was out walking at 9pm. It was great. I challenge the next person below me to walk for 3 miles. Next!!! Pat
