So I'm here -again, I'm lurking, but I'm thinking about you guys and for now I'm doing pretty good.
Unsweetened tea and water instead of juice or milk (never been much for sodas) Tonight when everyone else was eating lasagna I had left over chicken noodle, AND this week at work I packed all but Fridays lunch -which was a Chicken Caeser pita wrap not the cheaper philly chessesteak special

Lets see if I can avoid the self sabotage this time around.
