I know, I know, I know that daily fluctuations happen. But it's still so disappointing to find a .2 gain instead of any loss after I've been so good Wednesday, Thursday, and so far today.
Yes, it's TOM. Yes, I've been working out for a week, so it could be muscle gain. Yes, it could be water because I've been really good about drinking AT LEAST 50 oz. of water a day.
But it still sucks.
Two questions for you ladies:
1. This is the first "natural" aka without the Pill period I've had in 13 years; at what point in your cycle, or how soon after the first day or last day of your period do you find that the water weight comes off?
2. Is there a delay between a binge (ahem, Election Night) and the weight gain from it? Or does your body immediately convert the food to fat as it digests it?
