I've been on and off of WW for years... always used Flex. I've decided to give Core a try to see if it helps me develop some healthier eating habits. The only problem I foresee it that I am a sweets junkie, so I'm looking for some good ideas (other than s/f/ff pudding). Also, I try not to eat too much Splenda (although small amounts are fine) because I don't really like the taste... any ideas?? I know I can use my extra pts, but I'd rather stick to Core as much as possible....
