  • MONDAY
    Did 4.5 miles in 45:38

  • Friday I biked for 35 minutes, rowed for 10 and walked uphill for 20.

    Saturday I walked for 40 minutes.

    Sunday I did the elliptical machine for 20 minutes and the bike for 50.

    I'm really gaining endurance. It's amazing to me that a year ago I'd complain about 20 minutes on the elliptical machine...now I can exercise for over an hour straight!!

  • TUESDAY
    Very proud of myself as far as todays exercise-got out at 11am and did 4.5 miles
  • Patting myself on the back. Walked 1.25 miles at the mall during my lunch.
  • 40 minutes on the elliptical trainer during my lunch hour.
  • I walked 28 min. at 2 miles an hour on my treadmill. For me with a triple by-pass and 5 angioplasties this is a really big deal. I'm so close to 1 mile I just can't believe it!! Hope I can make that goal by the 1st of May......

    4.5 miles in 45:39-not too shabby!!!
  • [COLOR=red]I did it, I did it, I walked a mile on my treadmill at 2 miles an hour. Yep thats right 30 min. I'm so proud of me I could almost do a double back flip!!![/COLOR

    Did 4.5 miles in 44:15

    TOTAL FOR THE WEEK: 18 miles, not much, but it's better than 17!!!!
  • Sat. and Sun. Walked 30 min. on my treadmill each day...
