Friday I biked for 35 minutes, rowed for 10 and walked uphill for 20.
Saturday I walked for 40 minutes.
Sunday I did the elliptical machine for 20 minutes and the bike for 50.
I'm really gaining endurance. It's amazing to me that a year ago I'd complain about 20 minutes on the elliptical machine...now I can exercise for over an hour straight!!
I walked 28 min. at 2 miles an hour on my treadmill. For me with a triple by-pass and 5 angioplasties this is a really big deal. I'm so close to 1 mile I just can't believe it!! Hope I can make that goal by the 1st of May......
