A lot of teas do indeed contain more caffeine than coffee. Tho, garstar's right, you can get them caffeine-free if you're interested in weaning yourself off caffeine in general.
Hmmm. Your best bet if you don't care about the averse affects of caffeine in your system (I've heard it has those???

) and you DO want to keep drinking coffee... (maybe you don't?) but just can't do it without the fattening cream... is to redefine your tastes.
What the **** is she talking about now!?!?
I've always totally been a cream and sugar kinda gal in my Tim's, double double at least... but I knew it wasn't good for me, and milk in my coffee wasn't as good, so.. I shocked my tastebuds, lol. I gave up the sugar and the cream, and for a week straight, I drank my coffee black. At first, it was bitter, and hot, and I wasn't used to it at all. However, by the time mid-week rolled around, it really wasn't that bad. By the end of the week, I took a sip of someone's coffee with sugar in it, and was REVULSED by how sweet it was!! Then I tried my coffee with some milk, and half a packet of sweetener... and I love it like that now!
