It seems like now is the time to make a commitment to my weight loss. It seems so impossible to think that I have 90 lbs of fat to lose to be a healthy weight (something I have never been). That's like 90 bricks of butter! Picture it!
Anyone else out there feeling like me?


You have found a fabulous place for support and encouragement. I ditto what mandalinn said. Take it in more manageable goals. I understand 100% the overwhelmed feeling....and I am staring at big numbers here too. Right now I just focus on smaller goals. I'm down 41 pounds right now and I'm just focused on getting to 50. Then I'll set my next goal.
