Now I eat that junk again
I still want to do WW, but I thought doing Phase 1 and 2 of SB might help me kick some of my cravings for the junkier foods. Then I can be more motivated to get on WW again, and it'll be easier to avoid the less healthy foods. I love veggies, beans, dairy, nuts, etc. so I think I'll enjoy it.
The only thing that worries me is going two weeks without fruit! I love an apple each day, or grapes, or berries. How do you guys do it?
Also, I'm really allergic to artificial sweeteners (and stevia).
And while I know none of you fabulous ladies would do it, please don't bash WW to me. Obviously SB is a great plan, and it works wonders. But I also know that WW works for me as well. I'd like to try both...

Chicky, you might consider combining WW's program with SBD (isn't there a WW version that's more SBD-like?)
