Confused

  • I know I wrote how I'm having problems with planning a good day and I still am. I thought if I tried to explan what I am eating someone could help me. I have so much weight to lose and I don't think I can do it. I hope someone can tell me where I'm going wrong. Ok I today started off with no fat muffin(4pt.),1/2c. cottage cheese(2pt.)fruit(1pt.)and a snack at midmorning pretzels(2pt.).Then lunch a ww meal(5pt), fruit(1pt),and salad(0pt)and then a snack crackers and cheese(5pts). Which that gives me 19 points, now I get in trouble dinner and a snack, I could have 9 points to 16 points. For the 28-35 points I'm aloud to have. I don't know maybe I'm doing it all wrong.
    The question is do I have 9 to 16 points left or am I doing it wrong? Maybe someone would show me how to plan my day. I'm about ready to give up. I have been doing this for a couple of months and I still can't get it right.

    Your range is 28-33 for the Winning points. If you are doing the 123 plan I think the range is 28-35.

    here is my break down of what you have eaten-


    NOTE: My example is for the Winning Points Program

    B- 4+2+1=7

    S-2

    L-5+1+6

    S-5

    I come to 20 points used so far. So for dinner you have between 8 and 13 points to use. Which gives you a total of 28-33.


    You want to eat at least 28 points a day and no more than 33.

    Example week-

    S- you eat 28 points--- YOU BANK 5
    M- you eat 30 points--- YOU BANK 3
    T- you eat 33 points----YOU BANK 0
    W- you eat 29 points___ YOU BANK 4
    T--you eat 36 points---NOW YOU HAVE USED 3 BANKED POINTS.
