I am nearing the end of Phase 1 and have been enjoying having 2 eggs for breakfast every day. I am concerned, though, if having 2 eggs every day is good for my cholesterol. I am on medication for high cholesterol and it is now at a really good level (low-actually). I don't want to screw that up.
So, for those of you who have been doing this awhile....how bad is having 2 eggs for breakfast every day...really?
