    L - Chef's salad with ff ham, ff cheese and a hard boiled egg
    - Italian Light Dressing (ff sucks)
    - small whole grain roll
    - an apple
    S - ff/sf yoghurt
    D - Chicken Thighs
    - Brussels sprouts
    - 1.2 c brown rice
    2 fruits, 2 milks, 3 breads and loads of protein

    B - 2 eggs scrambled with cheese & sauteed mushrooms
    S - 1/2 small banana
    L - Salad with chicken and Bleu cheese dressing
    S - Cheddar cheese cubs & celery sticks
    D - Meatballs w/small amount of tomato sauce; huge salad
    S - S/F jello

    All Day: WATER, WATER, WATER and maybe some WATER

    B-3 decaf / leftover pork chop
    L-probably a salad w/hb egg
    D-grilled chicken thighs/okra with tomatoes/salad

    Water - 48 oz so far

    I'm just not hungry today. Which is good and bad!

    ok. here's my food for today. after reading all everyone eats, i'm just jealous. notice i said jealous, not hungry!!!

    so, for the amusement and entertainment of all of you, here's the list!!!

    16 oz water
    45 minutes of exercise with raul
    23 gram protein shake with 8 oz milk [peaches and cream. quite good!!!]

    post pre-breakfast, but not yet breakfast

    3 very very thin slices of pepper turkey [about 1/2 oz]
    2 thin slices american cheese, melted

    post breakfast

    8 oz water

    lunch

    1/2 c black bean soup with 1/2 oz cheddar
    2 inch piece of crusty sourdough bread CRUST ONLY [not the fluffy white stuff on the inside]


    wait!!! i'm not done yet


    snack

    16 oz diet snapple lime green tea
    1 oz beef jerky
    25 gram protein shake with 8 oz milk [chocolate, with 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa so it'll taste better]

    dinner

    not sure i can manage to eat dinner, but if i can, it'll be 1/2 link of chicken sausage with 1 tbs spinach

    vitamins

    2 calcium chews
    1 tsp liquid vitamin C
    1 zinc lozenge
    1 centrum, cut into 4 pieces

    OK. Yesterday was a bust. The only thing I ate that I said I was going to was the meatballs and about 1/3 of the water.

    Let's try anew, shall we?

    S - Coffee w/0.5 tsp sugar (sore throat)
    B - 2 Eggs scrambled with American Cheese; Herbal tea
    S - 1 Slice Light Wheat Toast w/Butter; Herbal tea
    L - Tossed Salad w/Bleu Cheese Dressing; 2 Oz. Cheddar Cheese; Water
    S - Herbal Tea
    D - Meatballs w/small amount of Tomato Sauce; Tossed Salad w/Bleu Cheese Dressing; Water
    S - 1/2 Cup Strawberries; Herbal Tea

    Also: Vitamins & more water

    Will also make every effort to take Buster (Shar-Pei) for a walk today. Poor little guy didn't get out yesterday even though the weather was gorgeous.

    1/2 ice cream sandwich

    16 oz. water with multivitamin & fish oil softgels (yummy)

    Snack - 1-1/4 point
    slice high fiber bread, toasted
    spread with 1/8 c. refried beans & salsa

    Lunch - 4-3/4 pts
    lettuce salad, salsa, refried beans
    chicken leg, no skin
    20 oz. water
  • Thursday (so far OP ):

    B - (2) eggs scrambled with 1 slice American Cheese & 1/2 cup mushrooms sauteed in butter; (2) coffee w/1 tps sugar & cream each;

    S - Decaf Herbal Tea w/1 tsp sugar; Water

    L - (2) Lean Beef Patties w/ 2 Slices American Cheese & 1/2 Cup Mushrooms sauteed in Butter; Water

    S - Decaf Herbal Tea w/1 tsp sugar; 2 Oz. Cheddar Cheese; C/F Diet Pepsi

    D - (planned) Large tossed salad with Bleu cheese dressing; meatballs with small amount of tomato sauce; water

    S - (planned) 1/2 cup strawberries; decaf herbal tea (try no sugar)

    Feel kinda bad about the sugar in the coffee & teas but I have a sore throat and find it helps to soothe it. Honey would work better on my throat but I use too much of it.

    Walked about 1/2 mile total today (just to bring/pick-up DS from school). Cleaned the parlor today -- took down drapes (washed, hung to dry, & re-hung), dusted, washed windows, collected toys for kids to bring upstairs (they had promised to do it after school but I didn't want to wait). So I guess I got some exercise in there, too. At least I hope that what's causing my arms and upper back to ache.

    top with cheese
    open microwave door... do i HAVE to continue??????


    as for today, well, actually, breakfast stayed down [turkey and cheese again]!!!!

    my two protein shakes have stayed down!!!!

    lunch: the chicken and vegs from a can of progresso chicken soup, about 1/4 cup, with 1/4 oz cheddar cheese.

    after that didn't stay down, i tried some beef jerky, because it was fine yesterday. that didn't stay down either. neither did water.

    so i got hungry later. and had some chicken nuggets from wendy's. so, there i was, peeling off all the breading, leaving almost no chicken, but what there was stayed down!!!!

    and i just finished a 25-gram protein shake.

    as for dinner... a big question mark. it might be tomato soup with american cheese. that ALWAYS is ok...

  • I'm to embarassed to tell you what Ive eatten already today.....and its only 9:15 am...its BAD, I mean real bad...........so I won't .

    I need to get started again on my low carb. I just don't know whats stopping me....I just want to eat anything I want...sad huh.

    Anyway you all are giving me hope (and good food idea's).
    I'm hoping to start to be serious soon, before I gain another 50 lbs.
