MD Recommitment 4/4

  • weight today (home scale)= 270 lbs.
    6 am = joined gym, walked/jogged 1 mile, 30 minutes weights (arms, abs, light legs) 32 oz. water
    b - egg, toast, 1 c milk= 5 points
    s - pretzels = 2 points
    l - raviloi soup, granola bar = 5 points
    s - corn cakes, celery = 2 points
    d- pigged out on chinese food = ? points (had stressful day, and was VERY hungry because of gym. I ate slowly, but ate until I was full.)
  • Joined the gym!!! whoo hooo beth anne!!!

    I had a good day except the 8 jelly beans I must throwthem out!!

    food good exercise yets walk 20 min then hard legs!!!
