Core Menu for Wednesday, August 20, 2008

  • Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, 1/4 cup blueberries, 8 ounces skim milk

    Lunch: LO broiled chicken, tomato, 1/4 cup cottage cheese

    Snack: 1 1/2 cups cherries

    Dinner: Chicken mushroom with Stuffing (4 points). Don't ask. Jim asked for this on my second day of Core. Thankfully I have points!. Fresh steamed broccoli.

    Dessert: Cherry Garcia smoothie or Popcorn with a glass of milk? Yuck...but I have to get in my second milk. Maybe I'll decide at dinnertime if I want smoothie or popcorn. If popcorn wins, then I'll have milk with dinner instead of CF Diet Pepsi!

    Will be in the pool again for 2 hours!
  • Wed 8/20

    b-fried egg on 3 slices of Canadian bacon,1c FF milk

    d-Ham steak with peas & corn and 6 pineapple chunks.

    sn-WW smoothie

    supper-chicken strips on a fruit salad

    des-1c FF SF chocolate pudding.
