hello, this is my first post here. I do not consider myself to be overweight however am interested in SB in the intrest of having more energy. In addition, I believe I am hypoglycemic and have heard this diet would help.
My problem is that I can not tolerate whole wheat, it wreakes havoc opn my stomach (I have been diagnosed with IBS). Does anyone have any suggestions. I have a crazy schedule and need a "diet" that will allow for at least one sandwhich a day or else it won't work for me...any suggestions??


I have been on Sugar Busters for a week now and not really for weight loss reasons...I am working on recovering from Bulimia and have identified regular bread is a trigger food for me...Might I suggest some Spelt or Kamut bread? They should carry these types of bread at Health Food stores and even some grocery stores. They are a little bit more expensive but it is worth it. Are you able to eat Rye flour because Dimpflemier (sp?)
makes one with no wheat/yeast or sugar...hope this helps.
