I felt like I was a fish out of water after each minute of running I was gasping for air so hard. BTW just in case anyone is worried I did pass this by my doc at my last physical and other than being overweight I am in perfect health so I'm not going to keel over from a heart attack. After all of that I kept walking to complete my 3 mile circuit. The nice thing is that it took me less time than if I was walking, so what was taking me an hour to do took 45 minutes with running for 7 minutes. Amazing huh?
Oreo, Pal and I all walked a fast paced mile in 30 minutes. Hooray for us! 
I am going to start this weight training thing next week, looking forward to it. It focuses on more on weights. You do weights 2 days then cardio on the third. Definately like this program cause I hate cardio
