MD recommitment April 1

  • Day 1 of the recommitment

    I am ready all you guys check in for daily reports. If i do not start teh tread please some one start it for me!

    water- working for 1 gal today

    exercise- tried but my legs cramped up not enough warm up did only 1 mile today

    food-

    OK girls (and guys) report!!!

    My starting weight is 179 (about 10 of water my eyes are even puffy) but i am going by 169 for my actual start weith this fluid down not count for my 10 lbs for mothers day
  • water- working for 96 oz water today (3 qts.)

    exercise- not today, but definately tomorrow. I need to let my body recover from the 17 hr day I had yesterday

    food- so far today:
    b - 1 hb egg, 2 slices whole wheat low cal toast, 2 cups milk (7 points)
    s - mini pretzels (10 oz.) 2 points
    l - salad with 2 tbsp. Cain's fat free Ceasar, corn cakes, orange (4.5 points)
    s - birthday cake (!!!!!!) 7 points!!!!
    d - 2 slices whole wheat low cal toast, homeade sloppy joe's, granola bar (10.5 points)

    Final day: 31 points, 2 qts water, no exercise.
  • Day one was a success!! I drank 126 oz. water, exercised for 37 minutes and stayed within my points!!! Yahhhh!!! Now for Day 2!!
  • I cannot even say I wasn't OP yesterday. I was so of track, I should be crying.

    BUT I won't. I am going to have a wonderful OP day, and I will go to bed with a sense of pride. Today I will be strong. Stronger than yesterday.
