i was so good all day, but then the cheese winked at me +_+.....
i ate great and went to the gym, but immediately after eating a healthy dinner of lean pork and salad my eyes and stomach tricked me into thinking i wanted and needed the cheese and crackers.....ugh, now my stomach is paying for it. i even took my full dose of lactaid.....
how bad --really-- is cheese for you? is it bad fat? i need some cheese facts!
i get so ticked off when i give in at the end of a great day.....what are some good ways to come back after a lapse??
