Is cheese the devil... hmmm... *Munches on an extra sharp cheddar cube.* Nope. Don't think so. Cheese is just lipids, sodium and protein (milk fat) left to curdle until it can be scooped up, rolled into a big mound and fermented until it's kinda stinky and tastes heavenly.
The cheese itself actually isn't bad for you, but the dreaded snack crackers are what f&#k you up. It's all empty sugar and a whole TON of salt. They make you bloated and they have a ton of calories. Even triscuits, it's like 5 crackers a serving and they have 200-some calories and 1 + 1/2 your daily salt intake.
Go buy some of the bags of cheese cubes, or the cheese sticks and eat them as snacks. I'm partial to extra sharp and habanero cheddar jack myself...
