I'm going the GP on monday to have a chat with him as i eat very healthy and walks my two labs over 3 miles everyday.
Has anyone got any tips or me to stop this happenning.




thats the tip I was going to give you. As you go through your day, you might want to add up the calories you are eating to see if thats why you are having a hard time. Some times even though we eat healthy, it can be we are eating to many calories. KEEP walking, thats wonderful.
