Hi, i have been on depression tablet now for over 7 months (Paroxetine 30mg), Before being on the tablet i lost over 3 stones (36lbs), but over the months i have put on a good stone and half (19lbs). I 'am getting so low as you know that wen you lose weight you feel great so putting it on again is horrible.

I'm going the GP on monday to have a chat with him as i eat very healthy and walks my two labs over 3 miles everyday.

Has anyone got any tips or me to stop this happenning.

Hi Nicki,

I think you hit the nail on the head by making the appt to see your doctor thats the tip I was going to give you. As you go through your day, you might want to add up the calories you are eating to see if thats why you are having a hard time. Some times even though we eat healthy, it can be we are eating to many calories. KEEP walking, thats wonderful.
