I've lost 11lb and have 10 to go to my initial goal weight. Admittedly I did pluck the goal figure of 150 more or less out of the air as I have no idea what would be an ideal weight for me, but it would definitely be a big improvement if I made it to 150.
Any tips on how to keep the momentum going much appreciated. My weight fluctuates a bit around the 160 mark but I am having trouble getting it to stay under that.
