Breakfast- 1 egg and 1 packet oatmeal and one glass of green tea 225 cal
Lunch- 6 slices fat free butterball turkey 50 cal 1 slice bordens american cheese 70 cal
2 slices ww bread 120 cal
sliced tomato 25
1 tbls miracle whip light 35 cal
1 cup spinach- 60 cal
green tea 0 cal 360 cal total
Supper- mother in laws so will fill in later
its a birthday party also, so i am saving calories for there 
snack- green tea LOL
