Week of Easter Menu thread

  • Ok guys the Easter challenge is only a few more days away.... lets keep track of our food intake and lose these pesky pounds together


    Tuesdays menu-
    Breakfast- 1 egg and 1 packet oatmeal and one glass of green tea 225 cal


    Lunch- 6 slices fat free butterball turkey 50 cal 1 slice bordens american cheese 70 cal
    2 slices ww bread 120 cal
    sliced tomato 25
    1 tbls miracle whip light 35 cal
    1 cup spinach- 60 cal
    green tea 0 cal 360 cal total


    Supper- mother in laws so will fill in later its a birthday party also, so i am saving calories for there

    snack- green tea LOL

    03/26/02
    Breakfast: 1 pkg oatmeal
    1 Tblsp. margarine
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/2 banana
    Green tea
    Lunch: 1 slice wheat bread
    mustard
    2 oz. sliced f/f turkey
    1 oz f/f cheese
    lettuce, tomato, onion, carrots with 1Tblsp.f/f
    dressing
    Dinner: 3 oz tuna no fat
    1 small baked potato with 1 tblsp f/f sour cream
    1/2 cup broccoli with 1 Tblsp margarine
    1 cup v-8 drink with Italian seasoning, heated
    Green salad with balsamic vinegar/herbs(free food)
    Snack: 8 oz. skim milk
    graham crackers
    Jello
    64 oz. water

    ONE DAY AT A TIME!

    Breakfast: Breakfast Bar 180 Banana 60
    Green Tea
    Lunch: 1 slice w/w bread 80, 2 oz. Tuna 60 1 tblsp f/f mayo ,40 lettuce, tomato, carrot, 8oz. skim milk 90, Apple 60
    Dinner: 3 oz. baked fish 110 1 tblsp marg. 60
    1/2 c. brocolli 25 1 sm boiled potato 70 Green salad (free)
    f/f dressing 40
    Snack: yogurt 100 blueberries 60 1100? total calories
    One more day!

    1/2 ww biscuit 100 cal
    1 beef sausage 90 cal
    green tea


    lunch- 2 slices ww bread 160 cal
    6 slices fat free turkey 50 cal
    1 slice bodens cheese 80 cal
    mustard *
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce 50 cal


    snack- marshamllow bunny 60 cal
    1 chocolate egg 50 cal


    baked fish 250 cal
    spinach 60 cal
    asparagus 90 cal

    snack- 94 % fat free popcorn 130 cal
    green tea LOL for a total of 1240 for the day oh I need another fruit so add another 50 cal so 1290

    Ok here is the plan for today!

    Breakfast-
    1 egg 70
    1 packet of quick oats 130

    lunch-
    2 slices stone ground ww bread 120
    1 tbls peanut butter 100 cal
    1 tbls all fruit 35
    and 1/2 cup unsweetened peaches 50

    snack at home before meeting - 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce 50 cal

    then weigh in and after .....
    maybe another peanut butter and all fruit sandwich and a v-8

    1/2 c. of fiber one cereal
    1 orange
    broc. lots
    2 lite hotdogs 100 calories each (200)
    1/2 c. acorn squash
    (a few things here and there)
    1 orange
    salad with ff dressing
    waiting for more food and its after 7:30
    got food
    a few fries. Didn't count but wasn't as much in a small bag.
    grilled chicken breast from Mcdonalds.
    and about 1 c. of no sugar ice cream.
    Fri-
    1 apple
    6 oz of yogurt
    1/2 fiber one
    pepper steak soup-280
    1 apple
    (got a carblite candy bar)
    dinner pizza,
    4 pieces. Now my scale won't go down

    1/2 cup of fat free milk

    lunch- hamburger from mcdonalds.

    dinner- whole wheat pasta

  • Fridays Fit menu
    Ok here is my food intake log for the day LOL

    Breakfast- 1 slice ww toast dipped in extra virgin olive oil with garlic
    and a soy milk with whey protien in it

    Lunch- peanut butter on WW with allfruit
    a 5.5 oz. v8
    and a 1/2 cup applesauce

    Supper- Not sure yet but I work till 7 tonight so we will see what happens
