I haven't been really seriously

dieting this month. I've been maintaining a weight of between 132 and 135 lbs.
I have been really burnt out by a bunch of things and doing the calorie counting and food weighing etc. was just too much

I'm so close to goal that it doesn't mean that much any more. I'm trying to motivate myself with the NYC trip but it really doesn't matter that much

if I weigh 130 or 133 when I go there. I'll still look and feel pretty much the same.
I have been keeping up the strength training 3 x per week, alternating with yoga the other days and taking Sunday off. We kayak when the weather lets us, usually about 2 x per week. 5 days a week I'm doing 5 dog walks per day.
My trainer is coming tomorrow night and next week so maybe she can kick my butt into gear again re the diet
