I thought my "ideal" goal weight was 125-130. I ended up at 130-135 after 6 months of trying to get those last 5 lbs. off.
I started strength training to make the most of the 133 lbs I've been at for the last 2 months and I love

the way my body looks and my clothes fit.
I'm at my "happy" weight - 133 - and I get to eat treats

once every couple of days and drink a glass of wine now and again with no worries.
Sometimes your body just won't accept the goal you set and sets its own goal
