Just introducing myself

  • Well Im very new to this sight, but deffinatly not new to trying to lose weight. Right now Im at 207.7. I was doing weight watchers and went down to 198. Well after a cross country move, and not any good weight watchers meetings around me, I gained again. So Im onto trying something new. The Volumetrics Diet. Today is my second day doing it, and Im hoping that this is the one that I well be able to stick to.
    I would love to be 140 pounds again but right now Im just going to do my 10 percents one at a time.
    I am married to a wonderful husband of 3 years and we have 2 beautiful children. My husband is an extremely active outdoors type of guy along with my children. Where as for myself, I find myself getting tired quickly. Which in the end I find myself losing out on family time.
    I hope to find some great motivators and friends here, as I hope I can help others too. Look foward to talking to a lot of you.

  • Welcome! Have you looked around at the forums for different eating plans and age groups? I'm sure you'll find lots of folks who can offer helpful info and encouragement. Every little step toward health is good -- hang in there!
