How is everyone doing and what are your plans for staying on target this week?

(although 105lbs is more of a target area.) Part of me is really happy about that, but the other part is saying "Halfway there? Shouldn't I be further along than that by now?"
but the rate I've been losing at has been healthy overall, which is the important thing. I have 8 weeks of summer left, so that evens out to 1lb/week still. Haven't hit a true plateau yet (and don't want to) but we will see how the next 2 months go.
which went a lot better. Today I want to take my dad's spinning class, so I will probably push W3D1 until tomorrow and do my weightlifting today before the class.
Plus, my aunt who is going to be there supposedly lost a lot of weight recently, and I don't want to pale in comparison to her!
