Flgal: We are about an hour north of Seattle. lady06498: I try real hard to stay on the exchange diet. I try to eat more fruit and vegies. I have an exercise bike, and I try to do that 30 minutes 3 times a day. I do have alot of ideals for tops meetings, and I will share as many as I can. I have been thinking about adding a page to my site on chapter ideals.So what do you think? One ideal we have been doing is sticker books.(its cheaper that buying alot of charms) I made some books.(You can also get some little note books.) Then I went out and got all kinds of stickers. And we have stickers for: exercising 30 min. 3x a week,food chart,calling a tops pal once a week,personal goal ie:to loss weight for the week. doing a program, doing a contest, sharing a recipes, And I have turtle skicker for when you turtle. And we do the stickers every week. And they sure make sure I don't forget to pass out the stickers. Then every 3 monthes we do charms. Well, I have to run for now. Will see ya lighter. Punky
