TOM pain & exercise

  • do you find it impossible at times to exercise due to TOM....
    and the pains....
    ive just finished a workout and my back is aching like mad, stomach is hurting, heads bangin - n this isnt normal effects after a workout!....

    im just about to start my 30th day....
    on the Jillian Micheals 30 days shred....
    hoping i can get thru it....
    be so gutted otherwise....
  • I know the feeling. My ovaries sting like crazy during TOM it is so difficult to concentrate on the exercise.
  • I've just finished my workout, and TOM just started for me. I found the workout much harder than usual to execute, but I'm not in any unusual pain...who knows, it is likely I will be later.
  • I feel that too. Struggled a bit with my cardio at the gym yesterday!

    How u getting on with the 30 day shred? I done it for 2 days last month, and really enjoyed it, but been very busy and couldnt fit it in. Planning on starting it again tomorrow, as I'm going down to Kent for 3 weeks today, and am planning on using the time down there as a sort of weight loss boot camp, as I'm struggling to lose anything at the moment!

    Would love to come back from my holidays and for people to notice a difference in me!
  • i finished the 30 days yesterday....
    it had toned me up....
    given me more definition....
    it was hard on times....
    especially level three....
    i was doing it with the natalie cassidy then n now dvd....
    to have bit of a change everyday in July i am going to do the charlie brooks one....
    and the 20min turbo jam....
