  • I am in! I had a bit of a "scale obsession" issue a couple weeks ago, and so we'll see how weighing in every day works for me!

    We go on with one challenge until the first person reach 5 pounds, that person then start a new challenge and everyone starts at 0 pound again.. (Hope you understand, my english isn't the best ). So many of us report our weigh every day.

    We're all competing against each other. So as often as you like, you let people know what you weight is, and how close you are to your goal. A lot of people like to log in every day or every couple of days and say how much progress they've made, and that way it adds that edge of competition, so you know how much you need to step it up in order to win.

    When you win, you get pats on the back, a bit of self-esteem for yourself, and you get to start the next thread.
