Well, it took two months, but I've lost my first 10% (big yay!) I was trying to decide my next goal- is it under 200, another 10%? Both? It's too overwhelming to look at the longterm goal, so I know I have to pick something that is more closely within reach. What kind of mini goals work best for you gals?
P.S. I bought myself two new Nike fit dry work out shirts from TJ Maxx today as a treat. I used to reward myself with food. Now THAT'S a milestone in itself!!!!!!!
