Ok, so I started FS about a year ago at 265 with the goal of 180. I dropped out after Phase 1 but I maintained my weight at 245 until Feb of this year. I ended up gaining back the 20lbs and now I am back at square 1.
I tried to get back on board this past week and I would do great until dinner time and then I would have whatever I wanted, nothing extreme but I wanted to follow FS to the "t" so that I could maximize my result.
I'm going to restart (again) on Monday and follow the diet the way I'm supposed to but I don't know how well I'll do once I'm home and have all the normal distractions.
Any advice for staying consistent any ONLY eating food on the diet plan?
