Hi
My girlfriend and I just started on WW. We had our first weigh in last night and we both lost 2.6lbs!! very thrilling and motivating.
the first week i found it hard to control portion sizes and realize my eatting habits. I would eat at the first hint of being hungry!
My husband is doing it as well and we both motivate each and have started to exercise together.
I am really looking forward to being a part of this forum and continuing on with WW.
