Hello ladies!
Well, I think I finally found my thing...the Fat Smash Diet
I started on Sunday, March 30 and today is day 7 of detox. I have 2 more days left for Phase 1. So far, 8lbs down
I had some help from a friend at work. He really helped me stick to the fruits/veggies/brown rice/oatmeal. I didn't work out like I should have but I'm really going to pick it up starting tomorrow. I'll be so glad when I'm finally able to add in some meat/seafood/cereal in phase 2.
I suggest you try this diet if you can. I know it may be difficult for women who have families, busy schedules. Believe me, it works!!!
Can you please tell me what you would eat in a day in Phase I. I started 3 days ago and because the book is so vague fell as if I am not doing something right. This is what I have been eating:
Meal 1 oatmeal, banana, milk, herbal tea
Meal 2 either cut up fruit or veggies and dip
Meal 3 Lentil soup and salad
Meal 4 salad with chickpeas, etc and brown rice or veggie burger and sweet potato or brown rice, milk
Meal 5 either cup up fruit or veggies and dip
Does this sound ok?
Please advise.

your menu looks good...just be careful with your dip. but it looks good to me...pretty similar to what i was eating on phase 1.

This has been the only thing that has helped the scale to move for me. I think I've lost about an inch off my waist b/c a pair of my tight jeans are a bit looser. WOOHOO!
