    2 TBSP INSTANT SUGAR FREE FAT FREE PUDDING
    1 TSP VANILLA
    1 HEAPING TABLESPOON COOL WHIP LITE
    8 ICE CUBES

    BLEND UNTIL ICE CUBES ARE CRUSHED

    YIELDS ONE SERVING
    ONLY 2 POINTS PER SERVING
  • I also have added some fruit to this ... I freeze the fruit and use them in place of the ice. This only adds a half a point to one point depending on how much you use and it gives you your fruit.
