With a 2 lb loss this week, I am happy to start the Weigh In thread! I usually weigh in on Fridays, but was too curious! lol
Hope everyone has a wonderful week..

) but I have read that in this book I have been reading "The Business Plan For The Body" says that when your weight loss has plateued for more than a few weeks it's time to shake things up because basically you are getting the exact amount of calories in to maintain your current weight. I know you dont want to eat less so maybe you should try to exercise more?? I dont know what exercise you do so its hard to say. The big thing now seems to be weight training which does build muscle and make your body burn more calories. This book really pushes weight training saying 75% should be weight training and 25% cardio. When you build muscle it burns calories 24 hours a day vs. cardio which gives you a calorie burn at a higher rate for a few hours after. Also it says try smaller amounts of food spread out the day since every time you eat your body has to burn calories to digest it-you are making it work 6 times a day digesting vs. 3, etc... I really reccomend the book-it actually has gotten me to work out!! I cant believe it!
