New to WW... tomorrow weigh in!

  • I am new to your boards and new to WW...

    I have been reading lots of posts... and have a question. Someone mentioned that they were going to drink less water on weigh in day in the afternoon... (drink in the AM) Does that make a big difference?

    What time do you suggest I slow down on the water?

  • Most give up drinking water 2 hours before WI. Just be consistent with what ever you do each week and it wont make a difference.

    Last week I went to the gym and weighed 4 pounds more than I did the week before. BUT I was drinking lots of water... nursing a cold... I bet that was it.. since it was gone when I weighed in a few days later at my first WW meeting.
