Sounds like you've got the exercise part figured out . . . but don't forget the "experts" tell us it's about 80% eating less vs 20% moving more. Are you actually tracking your food consumption or just kind of 'guestimating'? sometimes we eat a lot more than we really thing. Just a suggestion, but maybe you could keep an eating diary for a few days just to really know.
