I find I always post the losses but hardly ever the gains.
Too embarrased

As a general rule, I only drop my weight in 5 lb increments, and I have to be at least two lbs below the next lowest 5 lb for at least a week before I drop it. So I'm currently entering 120 on the machines, even though I weighed 116 this morning (and my profile says I weigh 117). To enter 115, my weight has to be 113 or lower for at least a week. And even then, I might not lower it because I know it will reduce the calories I'm burning. I tell myself it is because it will make it harder to compare workouts, but really it's that I'd prefer to think I'm burning more calories. I can't quite figure out what my rule is for raising the weight I enter on the machines, but it appears that I never enter a weight higher than 120.

I mean, I don't think I have to yet... but when I do, I don't know. Wahh.
