so lately i've been feeling really crappy shortly after i eat sometimes. the other day i even threw up my dinner because it just wasn't sitting. (NOT ON PURPOSE HONEST). it could be something within me.. or the higher amounts of fiber i've been adding to my diet and will eventually adjust and go away? but i'm writing this more or less to see if anyone else experienced anything like this and if anyone has any suggestions. it's usually a gassy/bubbly/sometimes burning feeling in my stomach. and just has been a recent thing. i jumped on the multi vitamin bandwagon hoping that will help but i've just started these so we shall see. and i know i prob should add more water to my day.
just looking for some suggestions before i start to get nervous and drag myself to a doctor (though i'm sure it's nothing really)
