Good Morning Ladies,
Well I ate way too many points yesterday. After I got the news of my test all I wanted to do was to eat. Plus I have eaten so little points all week that I think it finally caught up with me.
I am going to be back on track today. I am going to the buffet but I will stick with just salad and fruit this week for sure. I am going to have a no carb day except maybe my popcorn tonight. I will have an egg this morning then lunch and then steak with salad and veg. for dinner.
I did get in 30 min of aerobics last night while watching the olympics. I only have today left to exercise then I have my full 5 days in. It is hard to work out for 5 days though. I think 3-4 days a week is better then I am not stressed about getting it in.
