  • My goal is 1 mile walking/aerobic video in the morning about ( 15 min ), 2 mile walking/aerobic video in the evening about ( 30 min) Monday through Friday. Saturday I food shop for at least 2 hours so I do tons of walking then. I have been told the body needs one day off a week so Sunday will be my day off. Plus resistance training Monday, Wednesday and Friday about ( 40 min each time ). Takes me that long to do the resistance exercises depending on what routine I am doing lol.

    Edited to add that I slipped on ice on my stairs on 3-3 so I've been out of commission - but happy to report that I was able to start back up again last night!

    11 - 1 hour 15 mins at gym - 1 mile on resistance bike; 2 miles, 40 mins on treadmill including 2 minutes of jogging; 100 reps on the windresistance machine; some weight resistance on a machine I have no clue what it was and some sit up crunch with weight resistance

    Started WW on 3/3 --
    3- 30 minutes on treadmill -- even did a little running

    8 - Nite off (planned!!)

    10 - 30 minutes on treadmill (I'm starting to sound boring, but I really don't mind it!!)
    11 - 36 minutes on treadmill (I was watching the biggest loser and thought it would be crazy to get off at 30 minutes to go sit on the bed to watch the rest of a weight loss show!!)
