Where to start?

  • I've written 2 introductions and they've both been mysteriously deleted when I hit send, so I have no time to write another. This isn't the best introduction but it'll have to do.

    Name: Tabitha
    Weight to Lose: 119 pounds.
    Why: I want to look better.

    I need help deciding which way to lose weight though... I'm very busy, constantly on the go, and almost no time to eat breakfast/lunch. Can anyone help me break these habits? For some of you busy bees out there, how do you handle losing weight with everything else?

  • I am usually in a hurry in the mornings...mostly because I don't get up early enough...but I always have cheese sticks on hand and a hard boiled egg...before I leave I make sure that I have a bottle of water and a cheese stick or egg it gets my body going and that little cheese stick really keeps me going for a few hours and I don't get tired during the day. Water also really fights fatigue also...Good Luck and Welcome!


  • You may want to begin by checking out the 100 lb club or the 300+ area. I'm often in a hurry, but I plan the night before what I'll be grabbing for breakfast. Planning is key for many of us who are often on the go.

    A little bit of planning will go a long way towards breaking that habit. I did the same thing for years, but I feel much better now that I'm regularly having breakfast.
