S: What a terrible a day yesterday. I hope this one is better for you. I like your goals. Thanks for the smile about the scale comment. I have a love/hate relationship with my scale. Great job on your loss for the month.
Losing: Congrats on loosing your 5 pounds. You are doing awesome.

I can't wait to see numbers that don't include a three However I will welcome a 223
That had me cracking up.
Mousai: Congrats on the weight loss. Just let me know tomorrow what weight you want to put down. Not sure about the muscle thing. Read so much about muscles and lactic acid but, I couldn’t put it here, because my memory is failing me.

Hello, this is my first post here.
I would like to join this challenge when it comes around for March. I am going to be doing South Beach. I got my DH a gym membership in November and he is looking gooooooood... We have a family wedding at the end of August, and I really would like to FINALLY get rid of all this weight I have put on after having four kids. My final goal is 30 pounds, but I would be thrilled to get off just five!!!
I am very short, so 5 pounds makes a huge difference on my frame.
I have a question - where can I go for daily chat/support? I am a SAHM and would really like to have a thread to go to that is pretty active...
Welcome! We would love to have you join us. I think your goal for August is totally doable. Are you going to be to be able to get a gym membership also? How old are your kids? I am also a SAHM of 3. I tutor them at home, so my day is really full, as I am sure yours is with 4 kids. I know I put on a lot of weight with my pregnancies and never seemed to get back down. This time I will. I am not sure of which are the most active boards. I am sure someone else might know.

I am very happy with that even with the 2 weeks off the wagon (off the wagon? I jumped off that wagon, got caught on the railing and was dragged for 2 weeks)
That had me rolling on the floor laughing. Thanks for the smile. Congrats on your weight loss!
Chinchilla: I hope you start feeling better.

I didn't get to 146 but I did get to 147. I'll take it, a pound lost is better than gained.
Oh, I totally agree! A pound is a pound, and we are heading in the right direction. Great job!
