1 lb to 10%

  • I have one pound to go before reaching my 10% goal! This week all I care about is that one pound! I am going to:

    1) go to the gym 3 times, because I haven't gone in weeks! (luckily i've still been losing pretty consistently.)

    2) keep up my water intake!

    3) WATCH THE SALT! i've really been making a conscious effort not to salt my food unless it DESPERATELY needs a little more flavor. salt is my weakness, and I think giving it up has really helped me be less bloaty lately!

    any other suggestions? i desperately want to reach that goal by next week! plus, i'll say goodbye to the 230s!!!
  • You're SO close. Just stick to the plan. You'll make it.
  • I'm almost down 10% as well (another 2/5 to go...) and an extra awesome goal is that when I get 10% (or 1 lb more, actually...) I'LL BE OUT OF THE 200s!!! That's a BIG BIG deal to me. Like....huge.

    Possibly huger than ACTUALLY weighing what my license says, haha!
