Valentine's Day Challenge Results!

  • Before we get into our VDay chocolates or other goodies (ahem!), let's post our results.

    I don't know about you chickies but this is the first challenge I've been in where I actually lost a decent amount of weight.

    Start 215.5
    Today 207!8.5 pounds gone!

    Pooky, thanks for starting this and shaming me into joining!

    So how did the rest of us do?

    No matter whether we lost or gained or stayed the same, we did pay attention!
  • Here's my stats:
    start: 222
    finish:214--8 pounds gone for me too!
  • I did not weigh my self this morning!!! I will be on the scale tomorow but i will have some fluid onboard from my carbs today!!!

    But i know that i started in the 175+ and have been dancing about 170-171 so about 4 lbs down!!! not bad at all for the challenge!!!

    well today my official weight was 174!!! so i do not think that that counts i had bacon, carbs and ham yesterday so i am full of fluid!!! so i will weigh in next week for my real weigh in!1

    I can't remember what I weighed at the start??????

    Probably 220, because that's where I was stuck for so long. I did see 210, but it only lasted a couple days. Now I'm firmly at 215. I will say:

    I dunno!!!

    At least I did stick to program MOSTLY and I exercised A LOT!
