at the gym i do the elipticle for about 30 minutes. at first i did the treadmil for about 20, but i can work upper and lower while still burning calories. then i do crunches and some strength exercises. as far as diet, limiting carb intake, plenty of water, and eating lots of green veggies and protein. Im sure you can do it by april leah52...we all will do it together!!
